Bolton Council

Commissioned by Bolton Council to provide local secondary schools with our alternative education provision.

Bolton College

Bolton College: off-site specialist further education for complex students.

Department of Work and Pensions (DWP)

Facilitated funded work clubs and apprenticeships for the DWP.

Accredited NOCN learning centre

We became an approved, accredited learning centre for the National Open College Network (NOCN).

NEET and pre-16 education provision

Secured a NEET and pre-16 education contract with Oldham Council, with assistance from the European Social Fund.

Oldham Council

Provided alternative education for high needs learners on behalf of Oldham Council.

AQA accredited learning centre

AQA qualifications: we became an approved, accredited learning centre.

ASDAN accredited learning centre

We became an approved, accredited ASDAN learning centre and began to to deliver their qualifications.

Employability of young people aged 18-24

We setup Talent Match, a GMCVO and lottery funded contract for the employability of young people.

DfE registered, independent SEMH school

We were extremely proud to achieve independent SEMH school status.

Approved NCFE centre

Became an approved Northern Council for Further Education (NCFE) centre.

Therapeutic education, wellbeing and skills

Provided specialised therapeutic education, wellbeing and skills to 11-25 year olds from Bolton, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Southark and Trafford.

Raise Education & Wellbeing School mindfulness

Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP): Trained to Teach .b mindfulness for pupils.

Accredited Pearson’s Edexcel education centre

Became an accredited Pearson’s Edexcel education centre for GCSEs and BTEC qualifications.

OFSTED

Our first school grading saw us rated overall Good with Outstanding for personal development, behaviour, and welfare.

We were placed on the Secretary of State Approved Specialist Education provider register.

Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP)

Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP): Mindfulness Lead implementation. 30 staff members undertake .b Foundation 8 week mindfulness programmes.

Thrive

Organisation works with Thrive to train five practitioners. Implementation and strategic training for SLT to support our ongoing plans to be a whole-school and community company trauma-informed service.

Trauma and mental health informed

Trauma and mental health informed schools training for our proprietor and chair of board to integrate a trauma-informed approach throughout Raise Education & Wellbeing School.
